Viewer beware, this is kinda gross: Hanging out with my house brothers the other night, they heard a distinct squealing in the distance. Turns out, there was a wild pig trapped in a snare out back. SO like good boys raised in the bush, they got out their shotgun and put it out of its misery.
Then I watched as they gutted it...great photo op, no? Definitely makes me think differently about eating meat. BUT, I love it tooo much to give up, that's for sure. We should have some chops to eat this week, hope it's good!
